Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the software product, VertoFile, and any related services (collectively, "VertoFile"), provided by Z3T3 ("we", "us", or "our"). The software product, VertoFile, is subject to protection under copyright laws, international copyright treaties, and other intellectual property laws and treaties. It is provided under license and not offered for sale.

Order Process

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Licenses

VertoFile licenses are issued on a per-user basis and authorize usage on a maximum of three devices, contingent upon the license holder being the principal user. Corporate entities are required to obtain a separate license for each individual accessing VertoFile. License keys and the VertoFile software may be duplicated for archival purposes by the license holder.

Refund Policy

Our customers have a right to request a cancellation and refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. This is in line with the consumer rights and processes managed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com.

To request a refund within this 14-day period, please contact Paddle.com support directly (you can typically do this by replying to your purchase receipt email or visiting paddle.net). All refunds are processed by Paddle.com, and their decision on issuing a refund, in accordance with their policies (including their Checkout Buyer Terms), is final. Eligibility for a refund may be subject to Paddle's review for factors such as fraud or refund abuse.

After the 14-day period has expired, we are unable to offer a refund.

Product Support and Complaints

For inquiries or issues related to your order, payment, or delivery, please contact Paddle.com as they are the Merchant of Record.

For technical support regarding the VertoFile application itself, or if you have other complaints or feedback about our product or services, please contact Z3T3 at support@vertofile.app. We aim to acknowledge product-related support requests and complaints within 3 business days and work towards a resolution.

Other Rights And Limitations

All copyright notices pertaining to VertoFile must remain intact and unaltered. The distribution or sale of license keys or the VertoFile software to third parties is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate revocation of the license. The rental, lease, or loan of the license key or VertoFile is expressly forbidden.

No Warranties

Z3T3 provides VertoFile on an "as is" basis and hereby disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied. This includes, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permissible under applicable law, Z3T3 shall not be held accountable for any damages resulting from the utilization of VertoFile. This encompasses, without limitation, lost profits, business interruption, and data loss. In particular, Z3T3 shall bear no liability for any loss of data or for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential damages, inclusive of lost profit, or other damages. Moreover, Z3T3 disclaims any responsibility for the content of VertoFile or any component thereof, including any inaccuracies or oversights, defamation, trademark infringements, business disruptions, privacy breaches, or disclosures of confidential information.
