What platforms does VertoFile support?
VertoFile is currently available for macOS (macOS 15 or later) with support for both Apple Silicon and Intel Macs.
What file formats can VertoFile convert?
VertoFile supports images, videos, and will soon support documents and audio files. More formats are coming soon!
Is my data private? Does VertoFile require an internet connection?
All conversions happen locally on your Mac. Your files never leave your device.
What are the differences between Free and Pro versions?
The Free version allows you to convert smaller batches of files at once, while the Pro version increases these limits and adds support for more advanced formats and features.
How do I get support or request a refund?

How are updates delivered?
VertoFile includes an automatic update system that checks for and installs updates when a new version is available.
Can I use my license on multiple devices?
